Pakistani educationist, noted trainer, and self-claimed motivational speaker Qasim Shah continued to make headlines, and this time it’s the aftermath of his recent remarks that sparked new controversy.

Shah, who was once known for cringe motivational clips, criticized former Pakistani prime minister Imran Khan, a self-fashioned populist leader who sparked a new controversy surrounding the non-profit organizations run under the brand Qasim Ali Shah Foundation.

In the recent development, Shah’s foundation faced the heat in the aftermath of the remarks that sparked frenzy, giving Twitterati a field day, who are taking revenge.

A screengrab of the QAS ratings also went viral, shared by verified accounts on the microblogging platform, showing the rating nosedived to 1.1, previously standing at 4.3.

Amid the trolling, Qasim Ali Shah shared his ordeal in a recent interaction, revealing that his son is also facing the ire as his class fellows are bullying him.

With the growing criticism, trolls and supporters of Imran Khan are also running campaigns to unsubscribe from the YouTube channel run under the organization of Qasim Ali Shah.

What Went Wrong

The incident stemmed from Qasim Ali Shah’s recent meetings with top political leaders, including Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf Chief Imran Khan.

As the clips of his rare interactions went viral, social media users deemed that Qasim Ali Shah was sent by ruling alliance members who tried to convince Imran Khan to change his stance on accountability.

The public figure spoke with a private news channel in a beeper, in which he accused the PTI chief of putting his hand on the matters that should be left for judgment day.

He also questioned Imran Khan’s accountability process, accusing him of favouritism for picking people for coveted slots, including Punjab Chief Ministership.
