Taliban attack diplomatic quarters in Kabul near German Embassy

Kabul: NATO has confirmed there has been an attack in a diplomatic quarter of the Afghan capital, not far from the German embassy and US Camp Eggers. A military convoy was attacked at the entrance to a base. Germany had temporarily closed its Embassy on Oct. 8, 2013 for security reasons after the German secret services had warned of a possible attack
