ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Barrister Gohar Khan has told the Supreme Court of Pakistan that unknown men have raided his house, assaulted his family, and stolen the documents.
While hearing into the Election Commission of Pakistan’s (ECP) petition challenging the Peshawar High Court’s (PHC) decision to restore the PTI’s ‘bat’ election symbol was underway in the Supreme Court on Saturday, the Barrister Gohar left the proceedings, apprising the bench that he just received the news of some people breaking into his residence, manhandling his family members including his son and nephew having allegedly been beaten up.
Barrister Gohar also told that the identified persons took away his laptops and documents from his residence.
