PTI to kick-start election campaign from Sunday

• PTI Spokesperson says all party organisations, candidates will come out for electioneering on Imran Khan’s instructions

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Spokesperson announced that PTI would formally kick-start it’s full-fledged and peaceful election campaign across the Country especially in Punjab from Sunday by smashing the idols of fear and shackles of slavery.

In a statement on Wednesday, the PTI Spokesperson stated that all PTI’s national and provincial assemblies’ candidates and organisations would come out on Sunday for effective and active participation in the peaceful electioneering in the light of the instructions of the unlawfully incarcerated PTI Chairman-for-life Imran Khan.

The Spokesperson made it clear that the nation firmly stood with its innocent leader, imprisoned in Adiala Jail, and PTI.

The PTI Spokesperson reiterated that PTI was making all-out efforts to lead the country towards constitution and rule of law in a peaceful democratic manner, despite all state oppression and fascism and the ongoing worst rigging in poll across the Country.

The Spokesperson vowed that all attempts to rob the people of their right to vote would be foiled with the support of the people of the Country.

The PTI Spokesperson reminded that the constitution gave the people the right to take part in peaceful political and electoral activities and the state machinery should respect the constitution while the Supreme Court (SC) should ensure the supremacy of the constitution in the Country.

Furthermore, he made it clear that the nation would be coming out on Sunday by breaking the idols of fear and fetters of slavery to launch election campaign to inflict crushing defeat on the political opponents in the forthcoming general elections so as to turn the dream of “Haqeeqi Azadi” into a reality under the leadership of Imran Khan.
