IHC orders for bullet proof vehicle to ex-CJ Iftikhar Chaudhry

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday directed for the provision of bullet proof vehicle to the former Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry.

In its verdict, the IHC instructed that the former chief justice be provided a bullet proof vehicle at par with that of former prime ministers.

Earlier, the court had remarked that if the former chief justice was not provided with a bullet proof car than those provided to government officials will also be withdrawn.
