PPP to support PML-N govt against any attempt to rollback democracy: Bilawal

GARHI KHUDA BAKHSH: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Patron-in-Chief Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said on Friday that his party will support the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government if any attempt is made to rollback democracy in the country.

In his address to a gathering in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh on Friday held to mark the sixth death anniversary of former prime minister and PPP leader Benazir Bhutto, Bilawal said that his party will continue to pursue the vision of Benazir Bhutto.

Meanwhile, the PPP patron-in-chief announced that all the children of Benazir Bhutto will take part in practical politics before the next general elections.

Bilawal said that he will launch a jihad against terrorists, saying that elimination of terrorists is the only way to restore peace in Pakistan.

The PPP patron-in-chief said that all provinces of the country should be given equal rights.

On the occasion‚ former President Asif Ali Zardari in his address said that he does not want any long march towards Islamabad.

The former president said that political forces are being pitted against each other since the creation of Pakistan‚ which has harmed democracy.
