ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Raja Khurram Nawaz has termed the reports aired by a Private TV Channel about him leaving the PTI as baseless and concocted.

In a strong rebuttal on Friday, Raja Khurram strongly refuted all reports and added that he had neither given any such statement nor he had any intention to leave the party.

Raja Khurram Nawaz made it clear that he was a part of PTI and would remain in the party and there was no truth in the news of his parting ways with PTI.

The PTI leader went on to say that if any decision he had to take in the future, it would be made in consultation with the people of his constituency.

The lawmaker from Islamabad said that a Private Tv Channel ran a completely false and fabricated news, advising the media to avoid running such baseless and wrong news.

Earlier media including Geo News reported that Raja Khurram Nawaz as well as Firdous Ashiq Awan and Murad Ras will bid farewell to PTI today and make the announcement in their press conferences.

The media reported that former PTI Parliamentarians from Okara, Sahiwal, and Lahore while leaders from South Punjab will hold a press conference at Multan Press Club to announce parting ways with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
