ISLAMABAD: In his second address to the nation since his election to the office of prime minister in June, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif on Saturday announced launching of six schemes for welfare of youth with initial allocations of Rs 20 billion, aiming at creating self-employment opportunities for youth.
