Ruet-e-Hilal Committee meets today for sighting Zil-Hajj moon

KARACHI, Pakistan: The Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee will meet in Karachi on Thursday evening for sighting or otherwise of Zil-Hajj moon.

The Chairman Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman will preside over the meeting.

Similarly, the zonal Ruet-e-Hilal committees will also meet at their respective headquarters around the country.

On Wednesday, Saudi Arabia announced that the Zil-Hajj moon had been sighted and Eidul Azha would be celebrated in the Kingdom on October 4.
