ISLAMABAD: A high level meeting has been convened by Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in Islamabad today to review recent incident in Rawalpindi and overall law and order situation in the country.

The meeting will discuss measures to avert such tragedies as took place recently in Rawalpindi in the future, sources said.

In the meeting, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar, Information Minister Pervez Rasheed, Director General Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) Lt Gen Zaheerul Islam, Punjab Home Secretary and others will participate.
