KARACHI: Muharram Ul Haram moon has not been sighted anywhere in the country and the first of Muharram will fall on Wednesday (November 6), while 10th Muharram will be on November 15.

The Chairman of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman made the announcement on Monday evening.


Earlier, the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee met at Meteorological Complex in Karachi today for sighting Muharram moon. The Chairman of the committee Mufti Muneeb-ur-Rehman presided over the meeting.

The zonal committees also held meetings at their respective locations.
