ISLAMABAD: Government has decided of launching SMS service to facilitate Hajj pilgrims on the occasion of Hajj on September 3.

According to the Religious Affairs’ Ministry, Hajj pilgrims will be guided about flight schedules and procedure of performing Hajj through this SMS service.

Hajj pilgrims will be warned about different diseases as well through SMS service from September 3. till completion of Hajj tour, added the ministry.

The Religious Affairs’ Ministry informed that first Hajj Flight will leave on September 9 from Lahore and total 143,368 Hajj pilgrims will be transported through 277 Hajj flights to Saudi Arabia.
