SocialFGEHF decides to launch different housing schemes

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) Monday decided to launch different housing schemes in a joint venture with the private sectors.

This was decided in a meeting of Executive Committee/Board of Directors of Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation held here under the chairmanship of Secretary Housing and Works.

The Executive Committee/Board of Directors also approved launching of housing scheme in F-12 sector.

It is pertinent to mention here that Prime Minister has approved launching of housing scheme in sector F-12 in 2005 with the direction that housing foundation will acquire land in F-12 sector under Section-4 of Land Acquisition Act, Islamabad.

The Executive Board has also directed to settle all outstanding issues with the M/s Green Tree over Bhara Kahu Housing Scheme within 15 days.

The Board has also approved PC-1 for rehabilitation of sector G-13.

Executive Board also accorded approval for cancellation of plots on account of default of payment of land in sector G-14, G-13 and C-type apartments.
