SocialNDU to hold seminar on Climate Change on October 29

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The National Defence University (NDU) will hold a seminar on Impact of Climate Change on October 29 at 9.00 am at its auditorium.

The seminar is being organized in collaboration with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is titles, “Impact of Climate Change: A Security and Development Perspective”.

The Federal Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal will be chief guest on the occasion, said an invitation issued here on Wednesday.

The seminar will consist on three sessions. Topic of session one is International and National Dimensions of Climate Change while the second sessions is “Impact of Climate Change on National Security” and the third session is Change and Proposals for Policy and Actions.

Experts of climate change, scholars, faculty members of different universities and students will participate in the seminar.
