PAF mirage aircraft crashes in D I Khan, pilot & co-pilot killed

PESHAWAR, Pakistan: A Pakistan Air Force (PAF) mirage aircraft crashed in the South of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Dera Ismail Khan District on Wednesday afternoon that left both the pilot and the co-pilot dead.

The aircraft was on a routine operational training mission when it crashed in Miran area of D I Khan, according to the officials.

The officials said that during the flight, there was torrential rain and lightning which may have caused the crash.

Meanwhile, an inquiry was ordered to determine cause of the crash.
