HYDERABAD: The three-day Urs celebration of the great mystic soul Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar will begin from Sunday (June 15) at Sehwan in Dadu district of Sindh.

The arrangements have been finalized to observe the 762nd annual Urs of Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar, who played a very important role in boosting Sufism and preaching the message of love and peace in this part of the world.

Every year thousands of devotees made their way to the small town of Sehwan to pay homage to Hazrat Lal Shahbaz Qalandar.

Pakistan Railways to run two special trains on Hazrat Laal Shahbaz Qalandar Urs

The Pakistan Railways will run two special trains to facilitate the devotees on the Urs of Hazrat Laal Shahbaz Qalandar to be celebrated at Sehwan in Dadu district, the railway officials said

The official said that the first special train will leave from Faisalabad at 6:05 pm on Saturday via Shorkot, Khanewal and Rohri and it will reach Sehwan on Sunday at 1:00 pm.

The second special train will leave Lahore on Sunday at 11:45 am via Sahiwal, Khanewal and Rohri and it will reach Sehwan the next morning at 8:00 am.

While on return, the Faisalabad bound train will leave Sehwan on June 20 at 10:00 am and will reach its destination the next morning at 4:00 am.

The Lahore bound train will depart from Sehwan on June 20 at 5:00 pm and it will arrive in Lahore at 12:15 pm the next day.
