PESHAWAR: An over-speeding wedding procession coach veered off the road and plunged into a canal on Charsadda road on Friday that killed at least 13 people including 6 women, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported.
The incident occurred when a coach carrying wedding procession of 35 people reached in Chargano Killey near Bhudni Bridge and plunged into a canal after it veered off the road, police officials said.
Sources said about a dozen others were also injured, some of them critically, in the incident. The dead and the inujred were shifted to Lady Reading Hospital.
