KARACHI: The Singh government has divided the metropolitan city into six districts; another district with the name of Korangi has been carved out after revising boundaries of other five districts.
A notification has been issued in this regard which says that Korangi has been made a new district in Karachi, increasing the numbers to six.
Following the notification, administratively Karachi will now be divided into six districts. Other five districts are South, East, West, Central and Malir.
