New Prices of Petroleum Products in Pakistan for September 16-30, 2024

  • Petrol: Rs 249.10  per litre (decrease by Rs 10.00)
  • High-Speed Diesel: Rs 249.69 per litre (decrease by Rs 13.06)

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Finance Division has announced the new prices of petroleum products in Pakistan for the next fortnight from September 16 to 30, 2024.Petrol Price cut by Rs 10 per litre in PakistanWhile announcing the decision late on Sunday night, the finance division said that the petrol price has been reduced by Rs 10.00, and now its new price will be Rs 249.10 per litre whereas the price of per litre High-Speed Diesel (HSD) will be Rs 249.69 after a decrease of Rs 13.06.

Similarly, the price of Kerosene has been slashed by Rs 11.15 per litre and Light Diesel Oil by Rs 12.12 per litre. Their new prices will now be Rs 158.47 and Rs 141.93 per litre respectively.

“The Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has worked out the consumer prices of Petroleum Products, based on the price variations in the international market. The prices of Motor Spirit & HSD for the next fortnight, starting from 16th September, 2024, are accordingly being revised,” read the notification issued by the Finance Division.

The revised prices will come into effect at midnight from September 16, 2024.
