Details

Jhoom drama is the latest project on HAR PAL GEO. Abdullah Kadwani and Asad Qureshi have produced it under the production of 7th Sky Entertainment. Ali Faizan has directed it and Hashim Nadeem has written the script. The release date of this drama was 12th May 2023. The lead cast includes Zara Noor Abbas and Haroon Kadwani.

Jhoom is all about intense love, passion, emotion, drama, and romance. It revolves around the love story of Aryaan and Maryam. Maryam is a successful doctor and Aryaan is a young boy who falls in love with Maryam despite her old age. Maryam is hesitant to accept Aryaan’s relationship because of fear of society. While Aryaan comes from a problematic family which makes him eager for love. he finds solace and happiness in love with Maryam. But the society does not approve of their relationship because of the age difference.

Zara Noor Abbas as Maryam

Zara Noor Abbas has appeared in various hit drama serials of Pakistan like Khamoshi, Ehd-e-Wafa, Phaans, Zebaish, Badshah Begum and more. She has also been a part of many films like Paray Hutt Love, and Challawa. Now she is appearing in Jhoom drama as Maryam who is a doctor and falls in love with a younger boy.

Haroon Kadwani

Pakistani actor

Haroon Kadwani is a rising star in the Pakistani drama industry who is a young, handsome, and talented actor. He has done two mega-hit telefilms on Geo Entertainment: Teri Meri Kahani alongside Sehar Khan and Ruposh with Kinza Hashmi. He is acting as a passionate boy who loves Maryam despite the age difference.

Noreen Gulwani as Mahlab

Noreen Gulwani’s first hit project was Bakhtawar. Currently, she is in famous dramas like Muhabbat Gumshuda Meri and Jhoom drama. She is also a doctor who works with Maryam. Mahlab advises Maryam and supports her with her decisions.

Haris Waheed as Sherry

Haris Waheed is playing the role of Sherry who is the villain in this drama. He is going to be Aryaan’s enemy because of a rivalry. Later it will turn out that he is Maryam’s brother which will affect their love story.

Jhoom drama timings are 8:00 pm every Friday and Saturday.

OST

This drama has two OSTs. One is ‘Mulaqatein’  which is composed and sung by Schumaila Rehmat Hussain. It also includes heart-touching poetry by Ali Abbas Zaidi. The other one is ‘Zindagi Awargi Hai’ which has a mix of all the emotions, heartbreak, and pain that is shown in the drama. Munavvar and Wajih Farooki have written the lyrics.
