KARACHI: At least two persons were killed while 15 others were injured in two separate blasts which occurred near Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Unit 132 office in Orangi Town’s Qasba Colony in Karachi, Dispatch News Desk (DND) reported.

According to sources, the first bomb went off outside the MQM election office while the second one followed it outside a nearby Shia Imambargah in the area.

The rescue teams and security agencies were rushed to the blast site while the injured were shifted to Abbasi Shaheed and Civil hospitals where emergency was imposed.

A complete power blackout was reported in the area after the explosions.
