Elections 2013Imran vows to form new provinces

BAHAWALPUR: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan on Saturday vowed to create new provinces after his party would win the May 11 elections.

In his address to a large public meeting in Bahawalpur this afternoon, the PTI chairman said his party would establish more provinces only after addressing the issues of water distribution and other key matters.

Khan said his party would make a new Pakistan according to the vision of Quaid-e-Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah, adding that PTI was a democratic party and it introduced democracy within its ranks.

The PTI chief pledged he would unite people of all ethnic backgrounds in new Pakistan.

Meanwhile, he again challenged Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Nawaz Sharif to have a televised debate with him on national issues.

The PTI chief was again critical of Sharif brothers, asking them to why they failed to generate electricity in their previous term.

He said that PML-N government failed to make reforms in police, health and education sectors. He said PML-N spent the whole budge of Punjab on just one road in Lahore.
