PESHAWAR: Ameer e Jamat e Islami (JI) Syed Munawar Hasan Wednesday said the people of Pakistan are suffering from atrocities and urged the people who want peace in the country to vote for Tarazu – the election symbol of JI.

Addressing a public gathering as part of JI’s election campaign here, Munawar Husain said that his party wants to establish a rule of ‘Tarazu’ (weighing scale) in Pakistan.

Munawar further said that rulers have snatched the future of our kids. “The people of Pakistan are suffering due to atrocities,” he observed, calling upon the people who desire peace to put a mark on ‘Tarazu’ in the upcoming election.
