ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Eighteen – One of Pakistan’s most luxurious and modern residential project set within a beautiful landscape South West of Islamabad – has announced its launch in grand style, at 6.5Kms, main motorway link road, Islamabad.

The launch event held on Sunday featured live performances from renowned celebrities and musicians including powerful performances from the nation’s most loved musicians; Ali Azmat, Zoe Viccaji and many more.

The launch ceremony revolved around a family fun day carnival, where thousands of visitors, mainly families turned out in great numbers to participate in numerous activities and were also overwhelmed with the quality arrangements ensured by the managing team of Eighteen, which also offered live screening of Pakistan Super League (PSL)’s grand finale, for the cricket enthusiasts.

With the highlight of the carnival being the ‘Ground Breaking Ceremony’ of a mega development project by Eighteen, the management of this grand project also ensured delightful entertainment for the visitors with live performances, delicious food, numerous engaging activities and the screening of PSL FINAL which was played between ‘Islamabad United’ and ‘Peshawar Zalmi’.

The grand launch event also featured performances from international artists ranging from the mesmerizing Latin Groove Band to Roots and many others.

For the children, Eighteen organized a fascinating Happiness-Parade, charismatic DJs and incredible Magicians. The event featured a colorful carnival, and a flag-show representing Pakistan and a Spanish carnival.

The management of Eighteen was overwhelmed with the incredible response received from thousands of visitors who didn’t just whole heartedly welcomed the new entrants in the real estate industry of Pakistan, but also showed great level of interest towards the residential projects on offer.

The site of this new housing project is ten minutes away from the new Islamabad International Airport and is the ideal venue for the local and overseas Pakistanis, who enjoy luxury living and avant-garde amenities.  Eighteen will be a new benchmark for all future real estate projects in Pakistan.

Eighteen Islamabad has been designed around a championship golf course and will comprise 1,100 villas and 900 apartments as well as an iconic Golf club-house, a shopping mall, 5-Star hotel, medical facilities and a grand business district.
