Social3,253 plots to be developed for federal government employees at Bhara Kahu

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: A total of 3,253 plots of five categories would be developed for Federal Government Employees (FGE) in Bhara Kahu Housing Scheme.

An official of Ministry of Housing Work told APP that around 385 Category (I) plots measuring 50×90’would be allotted to officers of BS 20-22. The cost of each plot is Rs 2,600,000.

Around 574 Category (II) plot measuring 40×80 would be development for officers of BS 18-19. The cost of the plot is Rs 1,850,000.

Around 784 Category (III) plots measuring 35×70 would be allotted to officers of Grade 16-17. The total cost of each plot is Rs 14,15,000.

Around 836 category (IV) plots measuring 30×60 would be given to officers of BS 10-15. The cost of each plot would be Rs 1,040,000.

And 724 category (V) plots measuring 25×50 would be allotted to BS 1-9 officials. The cost of each plot would be Rs 7,23,000.
