DERA GHAZI KHAN, Pakistan: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MPA Abdul Aleem Shah on Monday said the Punjab government would provide interest free loans from Rs 50,000 to Rs 200,000 to skilled youth in future.
He was distributing cheques among craft women hailing from Rajanpur and DG Khan districts in a ceremony arranged by the Punjab Small Industries here.
He said all possible efforts would be made to establish the industrial estate in DG Khan and also urged traders to come forward in this regard.
Regional Director, Punjab Small Industries Mansoor Ahmed Ghazi said Rs 2.6 million had been distributed among skilled women of the both districts.
He informed that skill development centres had been introduced at Taunsa, Fort Manro, and Rojhan with vision to empower women.
