PESHAWAR: An earthquake of 4.7 magnitudes on Richter scale was felt in various parts of Shangla on Wednesday, a day after a strong earthquake struck the southwestern province of Balochistan and some areas in Sindh, killing hundreds of people.

The reports said that the epicenter of today’s quake was in Afghanistan’s Hindukush region at a depth of 163 kilometre.

The tremors were also felt in Chitral and Peshawar. However, no loss of life and property was reported until filing of this report.
