ISLAMABAD: New Danish Ambassador to Pakistan‚ Jesper Moller Sorensen has said his country will launch a new five-year fifty million dollars programme in Pakistan this year to promote bilateral ties.

In a statement in Islamabad‚ the Ambassador said the programme will focus on reconstruction‚ rehabilitation‚ education and the socio-economic development of the Northern border areas.

Ambassador Sorensen said the embassy‚ for the first time‚ will open a commercial section to promote bilateral trade.
