The Chief of outlawed terror organization Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) Mullah Fazlullah has been killed in a US drone strike carried out in Afghanistan’s northeastern Kunar province on June 13, 2018.

President Ashraf Ghani called Chief of Pakistan Army Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa on Friday and confirmed that terrorist Mullah Fazlullah had been killed. Mullah Fazlullah was involved in multiple terrorists attacks in Pakistan, resulting in numerous civilian casualties.

Mullah Fazlullah was killed along with four other militants namely Molvi Omar, Imran, Abu Bakar, and Sajad in Kunar near the Pakistani border.

Mullah Fazlullah was also responsible for the horrific massacre of more than 130 children at Peshawar’s army public school on December 16, 2014.
