Unknown gunmen kill two policemen in Dera Ismail Khan

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: Two policemen were shot dead in Daraban area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Dera Ismail Khan District on Thursday morning, in the second attack within 48 hours which targeted security personnel.

The sources said that the casualties took place when unknown miscreants opened fire on their mobile in Daraban area. The assailants fled the scene successfully after the attack.

Meanwhile, the injured policemen were rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.

Earlier on Wednesday, three policeman were killed while another sustained injuries when militants opened fire a police mobile van in Bhangoria Goth area of Karachi.
