RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: At least six militants were killed in a clearance operation in Dattakhel area of the North Waziristan tribal region, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Tuesday.

The ISPR said that one soldier and one civilian also embraced martyrdom in the encounter with the militants in the area.
