QUETTA: At least 10 persons were injured when militants fired eight rockets from an unknown location at the election rally of Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam – Fazl (JUI-F) in Harnai district of restive Balochistan province on Wednesday, police said.
Police said the injured were rushed to a nearby hospital for medical treatment. Heavy shooting was also reported to have followed the volley of rockets.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
