KARACHI: Police and the Rangers conducted an overnight joint operation in the metropolis’ area of Clifton and arrested at least 24 suspected people.
According to details, police and the Rangers, moving on a secret tip-off, searched flats located in Marine Drive area of Clifton. The law-enforcement agencies, arresting at least 24 suspected people, seized arms and ammunitions from their possession.
At least 18 weapons of different types were recovered from the miscreants. The firearms include six repeaters, eight SMGs, an M16, a G3 rifle and a 9MM pistol.
