Three killed after suicide bomber targets Afghan army bus in Kabul

KABUL, Afghanistan: At least three persons were killed and 10 others injured when a suicide bomber targeted an Afghan army bus in Kabul on Thursday.

The Taliban militants group claimed responsibility for the blast that took place in Dogh Abad area of Kabul.

Earlier, the Taliban supreme leader Mullah Muhammad Omar claimed victory in the Afghan war through his message issued on the occasion of Eid.

“Your Jihad and ungrudging sacrifices against the occupation have defeated the Americans, their Western allies and domestic supporters altogether with the Help of Allah (May Glory be upon Him),” Mullah Omar said.
