“Chaudhry Sarwar contacted me and invited to join PTI”, Riazul Haq was quoted as saying by media reports.
The winner of NA-144 said that he would take the decision whether to join the PTI or not after consultation with his accomplices.
Earlier media reports said that Riazul Haq Juj has expressed his desire to join the ruling PML-N as his ancestors were also supporters of this party. However, he regretted that despite his efforts and survey reports in his favour, he was never awarded the part ticket by the PML-N.
Riazul Haq admitted that the PTI and the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) played a key role in his success in NA-144 Okara by-election but yet he desires to join the PML-N. However, he told that he would take the final decision about joining the either party after consulting with his friends.
