ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The Chief Organiser Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Saifullah Khan Niazi has said that we resolve to reform the party according to the needs and trends of time and will surely play our due role in materializing Imran Khan’s dream of establishing an Islamic Welfare State.

In a meeting with the Senator Azam Swati who met him at the PTI Central Secretariat in Islamabad on Monday and congratulated him for assuming Office of Chief Organiser of the party, Saifullah Niazi said that PTI is an ideology and the people have pinned their hopes on PTI to make this Country a welfare state envisaged by Allama Iqbal and Quaid e Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah.

Lauding Saifullah Khan Niazi’s organisational skills, Azam Swati stated that he will leave no stone unturned in making the party an exemplary national asset in the light of the Chairman Imran Khan’s vision.

“Saifullah Khan Niazi is the torchbearer of PTI and remained loyal and undeterred in the twenty two years of struggle of the party,” he said.

Senator Azam Swati said that the decision of the appointment of Saifullah Niazi is celebrated and warmly welcomed by the workers of the party.

On the sidelines of Bahrain International Airshow, Commander of Ninth Air Force (US Air Forces Central Command — AFCENT), Lieutenant General Derek France called on Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force. The Air Chief reiterated his resolve to further enhance the existing bilateral cooperation between the two strategic partners. Commander AFCENT appreciated Pakistan’s efforts in promoting regional peace and vowed to enhance cooperation in the fields of joint training, mutual exercises and military to military collaboration. In a separate meeting, Chief of the Air Staff also called on Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force.
