ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday nullified the appointments of 45 officers in Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on deputation, stating that rules and regulations were not followed in sending these officers on deputation to FIA from different departments.
The IHC judge Justice Shaukat Aziz announced the verdict.
The petition was submitted by the FIA employees against the appointment of the deputed 45 persons.
