MUSCUT, Oman: The Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that Pakistan has now changed wherein the new government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is committed to provide conducive business environment to foreign investors.

Talking to the Executive President SRF and the Chairman Pak-Oman Investment Company in Muscat on Wednesday, the foreign minister said that the PTI government is making all-out endeavors to ensure that foreign investors don’t face any impediment for carrying out business activities in Pakistan.

   

Hailing the performance of Pak-Oman Investment Company, Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that its foundation stone was laid in July 2001 as a joint venture with mutual consultation when Sultan of Oman visited Pakistan.

The minister said that Pak-Oman Investment Company is a milestone in the promotion of Pakistan-Oman economic relations.

The Chairman Pak-Oman Investment Company gave a detailed briefing to the foreign minister about the Company’s efforts regarding economic growth in both countries.

The foreign minister invited the Chairman Pak-Oman Investment Company to undertake a visit to Pakistan, which he accepted with words of gratitude. His visit to Pakistan is expected in the first quarter of this year.
