Pakistan ArmyPakistan armed forces fully prepared to thwart any misadventure: Corps Commanders’ Conference

RAWALPINDI, Pakistan: The 229th Corps Commanders’ Conference presided by the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa was held at Pakistan army’s general headquarters in Rawalpindi on Thursday.

The forum reviewed the geo-strategic environment with a special focus on internal security and the situation on borders.

It noted that the provocative statements of the Indian leadership are irresponsible rhetoric with implications for the region.

The Commanders resolved that Pakistan armed forces are forces of order and peace, and fully prepared to thwart any misadventure, whatever the cost.

The forum paid glowing tribute to the people of Indian Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (IOJ&K) braving Indian atrocities and continued siege.

In his remarks, the COAS reiterated that “Repression of Indian occupying forces can never deny Kashmiris their right to self-determination as promised by the UN resolutions. Regardless of the ordeal, their just struggle is destined to succeed.”

The forum was also apprised about the progress of “Operation Radd-Ul-Fasaad” which has put the security situation of the Country on a positive trajectory for enduring peace and stability.
