NEW YORK: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has arrived in New York to lead Pakistan’s delegation at the United Nation (UN) General Assembly’s annual session beginning on Tuesday.

PM Nawaz Sharif will address the session on Friday and highlight Pakistan’s foreign policy guidelines and its view point on various regional and international issues.

Nawaz will inform the UN General Assembly about Pakistan’s efforts to promote peace and stability in the region.

The Prime Minister will also hold bilateral meetings with the world leaders on the sidelines of the General Assembly session.

Nawaz Sharif will also attend various events including high level meetings on millennium development goals‚ sustainable development and nuclear disarmament.
