With fast-throbbing hearts and mixed-feelings of joy and apprehensions, thousands of students across the Punjab province had been awaiting results of Intermediate Part-II (12th Class) examination 2017 for months.

But this state-of-mind was over or turned into an either way after all Punjab boards simultaneously announced the much-awaited results.

All Boards of Intermediate & Secondary Education (BISEs) declared the results at 10:00 am on Tuesday (September 12, 2017) by uploading results on their respective websites.

In this regards, all Punjab boards had already finalized their arrangements.

Meanwhile, details regarding the position holders of intermediate annual examinations 2017 in all Punjab boards had already been issued by respective BISEs.

In Rawalpindi board, boys won both the first two tops positions in Higher Secondary School Certificate Part-II (HSSC-II) while a girl bagged the third position.

First positon was secured by Cadet College Hassanabdal’s Hamza Mehtab with 1041 marks, second position was secured by Government Postgraduate College Chakwal’s Mushtaq Hussain with 1037 marks whereas third position was secured by Punjab College for Women Satellite Town’s Bisma Sajid with 1034 marks.

The overall passing percentage in Rawalpindi BISE remained 54.9%.

In BISE Multan, Punjab College for Women’s Anmol Fatima and Punjab Girls College Mian Channu’s Javeria Mustafa shared the first position in pre-medical group with 1050 marks each.

Punjab Girls College Khanewal’s Amina Masood and Nishat College of Science Multan’s Ashina Khan grabbed third and fourth positions in the same group with 1044 and 1041 marks respectively.

In pre-engineering group, Post Graduate College Khanewal’s Malik Humayun Khalid got first position with 1047 marks and Punjab College Lodhran’s Waqar Asghar remained second with 1039 marks where Muslim College of Science Multan’s Muhammad Sohail and Post Graduate College Khanewal’s Fazeel Ahmad both clinched third positon with 1037 marks each.
