PESHAWAR, Pakistan: Special Assistant to Chief Minister for Information and Higher Education Mushtaq Ahmad Ghani Monday said provision of best facilities to women for their education was the top most priority of his government.

He said the provincial government would provide level playing field to male and female education, adding empowering of women with ornament of education would ensure country’s progress and development.

Speaking as a chief guest in inaugural ceremony of English Access Micro scholarships Programme organized by Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University, he said education is of supreme importance for making women a useful part of society creating awareness among them.

He said that women education serves as the most powerful tool that can greatly help country to achieve its national goal by utilizing women’s powers, skills, knowledge and competencies. Improving female education would have positive results in human development areas of child survival, health and schooling, he added.

Appreciating the role of SBBWU, Mushtaq Ahmad Ghani stressed that the entire faculty members and administration should work hard to further improve the performance of the university.
