ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The visiting President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Dr. Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi met the Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar in Islamabad on Monday, and exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.

During the meeting, both sides emphasized the importance of enhanced efforts to further consolidate bilateral relations in all areas of cooperation.Iranian President, Ishaq Dar underline efforts to further consolidate bilateral ties

   

They also discussed regional and global developments and affirmed commitment to peace and constructive dialogue for resolving regional challenges.

The Iranian President Dr. Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi accompanied by a high-level delegating arrived in Islamabad earlier in the morning.

During his three-day visit, the Iran presidents will hold meetings with Pakistani political leaderships to have a wide-ranging agenda to further strengthen Pakistan-Iran ties and enhance cooperation in diverse fields including trade, connectivity, energy, agriculture, and people-to-people contacts.
