ISLAMABAD, Pakistan: The US Ambassador to Pakistan Donald Blome and Chinese Ambassador Jiang Zaidong held separate meetings with the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar in Islamabad on Friday.
In the meeting between Ishaq Dar and Ambassador Donald Blome, the two sides reviewed the latest developments in bilateral relations and discussed ways to move the relationship forward.
Separately, the Ambassador of China Jiang Zaidong also met Ishaq Dar.
Reaffirming Pakistan-China All-weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership, the two sides expressed the resolve to implement the bilateral consensus reached during the Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s visit to China and further strengthening of Pakistan-China friendship and up-gradation of CPEC.
