PTI leading Chaos in Capital:  The State must not show mercy now

DND Report

Martyrdom of policemen and Rangers personnel in violent protests raises the demand to register a murder case against former prime minister Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi who led the attack on the capital city of Islamabad.

When the ‘Final Protest Call’ was given by former prime minister Imran Khan, the majority of political analysts expressed their fears that Khan wanted to get the results that he failed to get on May 9, 2023, and the result he wants is total chaos in the country and anarchy within the cadre of society.

Since the launching of Imran Khan in politics, it is a testimonial fact that he has been dividing society and sowing hatred against Pakistan and state institutions and that was the reason that he raised the slogan of ‘Naya Pakistan’ that he said would be created after dismantling existing Pakistan through a tsunami. It may be mentioned that tsunami is a symbol of disaster in human history. Moreover, his history in politics also testifies that he threw a screwdriver in the spanner of the country’s economic growth and he continues this politics of breaking the country’s economic development journey.

Some analysts call Khan’s acts a ‘planned conspiracy of  Zionist masters’ who want political instability in the country. Now some incidents have taken place in this protest after which these reservations are being proven correct.

Since yesterday, the miscreants of PTI had started flouting the constitution and law in the twin cities and they had received clear instructions from the founder of PTI and other leaders. These people have come to the fore with full preparation to create sedition and chaos. The big proof of this was the arrest of some miscreants of PTI, after which weapons, rifles, and knives were also recovered from their possession. After this, more arrests were made, most of which were of Afghans not residing in Pakistan who were brought in to create chaos after paying money.

These miscreants of PTI attacked the police at different places in Rawalpindi and pelted stones at them. A police mobile van was also destroyed. Many policemen were also injured due to their stone pelting. However, a tragic incident occurred when these miscreants attacked the policemen in which more than 70 policemen were seriously injured while one policeman, Mubashir, was martyred and suffered serious head injuries. Rangers personnel were also attacked in which three officers were martyred and three were injured. In addition, the Sangjani toll plaza was vandalized and government computers were stolen.

In light of the above facts, it has been proven that Imran Khan and his party cannot protest peacefully in any way.

PTI leading Chaos in Capital: The State must not show mercy now

On the other hand, now there has been a strong demand from the public circles that an FIR for the murder of the martyred police and Rangers personnel be lodged against the seditious persons such as Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi who gave the protest call and also issued the order to carry out violent actions. This morning, PTI followers crushed four Pakistan Rangers to death under their vehicles at Srinagar Highway Islamabad. Other incidents of crushing people under wheels included the death of two policemen while five young boys were seriously injured and were fighting for their lives.

This was not done by any fitna al-Khariji (official name of TTP) but by the miscreants of a malicious political group against the law enforcement institutions of their own country.

Enough is enough of a mockery of the state because the soft attitude of the state has brought the political miscreants to this path and they are openly attacking the law enforcement institutions. This is not a protest, but open terrorism and terrorists should be dealt with as the law of the land proposes to deal with miscreants and terrorists.

Immediate banning of this miscreant group should be considered, and the miscreants involved in attacks on law enforcement institutions should be dealt with iron hands because no country in the world tolerates such mockery of the state and its institutions.

The state should also seriously and decisively see how long it will continue to tolerate the state led by the Chief Minister of a province. It is only after the state has ignored it every time that today he is attacking the federation again with provincial resources the province and provincial government officials are providing him resources and the Establishment Division of the Federal Government has virtually failed to take any action against the State employees attacking the State.

The law must take its course immediately. If the criminals of May 9 had been punished quickly, this day would not have happened. The state will still have to take on terrorists, miscreants, and subversives to establish its writ.

At present, the resources of this province as well as thousands of illegal Afghans and government officials in civilian clothes are involved in mischief incidents in Islamabad and the government of this unfortunate province is on the verge of rebellion. Before further damage is done, it is necessary to consider taking emergency measures in the province, among which the most important option is certainly the Governor’s role in the deteriorating governance and security situation in the province so that matters can be brought under control. Otherwise, there is a risk of further damage, and delaying the situation may further worsen because the specific political party is currently focused on achieving the nefarious objectives of only one person. They have no interest in anything else. Moreover, the ruling elite should also think about why it has been failing to deal with a single person and for how long the country can carry the baggage of its failures.

The most dangerous situation is that the Federal Government has pitched the Pakistan Army against PTI protestors by using Article 245 of the Constitution, knowing that the real target of PTI had been the Pakistan Army and PTI followers had extreme hate against men in uniform. Now any eventuality such as opening fire on an unruly and criminal mob would be the responsibility of the Pakistan Army and it would help the cause of Imran Khan who is trying hard to defame the Pakistan Army globally.
