KARACHI: President Asif Ali Zardari has said that its upto Nawaz Sharif to decide about the fate of former military ruler Pervez Musharraf.

Talking to journalists in Karachi, he said not only Nawaz Sharif but all political forces struggled for the restoration and strengthening of democracy in the country.

Responding to a question about next presidential term, he said he did not wish to run for the next term.

When asked about NRO cases, he said it was a controversial issue which already kept him behind the bars for eight years, adding that this issue had no more value for him.

About Karachi, President said foreign elements were involved in worsening situation in the city.
