ISLAMABAD: Regarding circular debt of IPPs‚ the Finance Minister Ishaq Dar said first installment of 326 billion rupees will be cleared on Friday.

The Finance Minister has said that government has taken decision of giving relief upto 30 percent relief in the Holy month of Ramadan.

Speaking in the National Assembly on Friday‚ he said two billion rupees have been allocated for this purpose. The Minister said subsidy will be given on essential food items including flour‚ Ghee‚ sugar‚ Daal Channa‚ Milk etc.

Ishaq Dar announced two honorariums for all parliamentary and concerned staff of the government institutions including state media who covered the budget session.

Finance Minister also laid Schedule of Authorized Expenditure 2013-14‚ Supplementary Schedule of Authorized Expenditure 2012-13 and Excess Schedule of Authorized Expenditure 1990-91‚ 1992-93‚ 1994-95‚ 1997-98 and 2001-02‚ before the House.
