New Delhi, India: The Supreme Court of India has shaken by an affidavit submitted by a former junior court assistant at the Supreme Court of India in which she has accused sitting Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi for sexual harassment.

In her affidavit  that she (Name withheld) has sent to 22 judges of the court, she alleged that Chief Justice and his wife had made her life miserable and constant abuse of power against her whole family is yet not over although the incident took place at residence office of CJI on October 10 and 11, 2018.

Her application is hereunder which is self-explanatory.

The Secretary General of the Supreme Court of India has denied all allegations and stated that it is also very possible that there are mischevious forces behind these allegations to malign the institution of Supreme Court of Pakistan.

 

She said that she decided to inform judiciary of entire story because “victimisation has reached unbearable proportions” for her.

“My family were taken into police custody and tortured, and now there is imminent danger to my life that I am compelled to speak the whole truth, in order to save myself and my family,” said the woman in her affidavit.
