The unemployment rate in Pakistan is increasing at a drastic rate. A large number of youth are in this dilemma which is not only affecting their career but the future of Pakistan. Therefore, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Shehbaz Sharif has directed the Ministry of Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives to launch Ba-Ikhtiyar Naujawan Internship Program. The last date to apply for BNIP is 11th April 2023.
The aim of this program is to empower the youth of this country. There are 60,000 paid internship opportunities for the youth. The young graduates of Pakistan in any field of engineering are eligible to apply for BNIP. The selected candidates will get a monthly stipend of Rs 25,00 up to Rs. 40,000. The duration of this internship program is 6 months to 1 year.
How to Create an Account on BNIP?
To apply for Ba-Ikhtiyar Naujawan Internship Program, you need to make an account so follow these steps:
- Go to the official website of BNIP at https://bnip.gov.pk/about
- At the top of the page, you will see a few options like Home, Login, Register, and Contact Us.
- If you are not already registered, then click Register.
- You will be taken to a form where you are required to fill in all the required information.
- After filling in all the fields, proceed to register.
- After registering you will be asked to log in to your account.
- After logging in for the first time, the system will send a confirmation email to your provided email address to verify your identity.
- After verifying your account, you are logged in to your BNIP account.
- Then, you can proceed to apply for the internship program.
How To Apply for the Ba-Ikhtiyar Naujawan Internship Program?
As soon as you log in to your account, you get two options in front of you. Work for Skill Intership Program (WSIP) and Buil dor Skill Intership Program (BSIP). You can get to know all the details about them by downloading the brief given below each option.
The applicants can apply for both programs to get their way up to acquire the paid internship. You will have to provide all your academic details including your Matric/O-Levels, FA/ FSC/ ICS/ I.Com/ or A-Levels, BSc/ MBBS/ DVM/ Diploma, and Master’s qualification. The candidates can apply for both programs. But if they are selected for one, the application for the other will be turned down.
It is important for all applicants to attach legible pictures of their academic records. Any case of misleading can lead to legal action. Students from a vast number of fields can apply for Ba-Ikhtiyat Naujwan Internship Program.
After you apply for this program, you can also track the application status through your profile. The eligible candidates will be shortlisted for interviews in which the interns will be selected for 120 days of the paid internship by the Government of Pakistan. The successful interns will also achieve a completion certificate at the end of the internship program.
