BS Computer Sciences Exams - The BS Computer Sciences examinations for Spring 2020 Semester of Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) will be commenced from October 5. The Controller Examinations Dr Tauqeer Ahmad Khan informed the media spokesperson that the roll number slips have already been dispatched to the students. These are also available online on the university website. In case, a student does not receive the roll number slip through postal services before the commencement of the examination, he/she may download it from the university website which would be acceptable in the examination hall. Moreover, admissions in programs offered in autumn 2020 semester are open and the deadline for the submission of admission application form is October 15, 2020.ISLAMABAD: The BS Computer Sciences examinations for Spring 2020 Semester of The Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) will be commenced from October 5.

AIOU introduces six-month Certificate Courses in nine subjects

Meanwhile, the AIOU has introduced six-month long Certificate Courses in nine subjects.

The Certificate Courses include Basic Arabic Language, Functional Arabic, French on Line (offered in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar & Lahore) Certificate in Librarianship, and Certificate in Literacy and Non-Formal Education.

It is not only a wonderful opportunity of specialized training for the unemployed youth who have earned degrees in general education but would also enhance their chances of employment in Pakistan as well as abroad.

Introducing new educational programs enabling social and economic uplift of Pakistani society is one of the top priorities of the Vice-Chancellor of AIOU Professor Dr. Zia Ul Qayyum.

The admission forms and prospectus are available online on the university website and the closing date for the submission of the application form is October 15.
